It's Windows XP, definitely not Windows 7, the classic skin looks different.
Why wouldn't we be serious? ;3
It could be XP, sure, but I kind of doubt your ability to correctly analyze the more subtle differences between win7's classic skin and XP's own classic skin based on a photograph at an angle of a monitor :p.
Additionally, when I had XP, the OS came with two different classic skins, one called "Windows Classic" and one called "Windows Standard". The above skin looks like "Windows Classic" which looks nearly exactly the same as Win7's "Windows Classic".
But of course, I am also analyzing this based on a low-res photograph :p.
That's definitely XP in classic mode and as a bonus those are HP keyboards. XP is still quite firmly implanted in the corporate world, so it's really not much of a surprise to see them using it. As of now XP still has a little over a year of support left from Microsoft. As ubiquitous as it is it wouldn't shock me to see it extended again.
I think Camate should ask them so that we could find out for certain which OS it is they're using.
