Feral Howl - Ninja Nerfed? or bug?

In dynamis I have 0% acc for this ability now.

I scrapped all 5 levels of Feral Howl after noticing this same thing. Waste of fucking time, again.

huh that's odd.i generally have to be against aby or vw mobs for Feral Howl to miss.it's a rare whiff in dyna despite only being 1/5 with my merits.

Felt like I needed to test this out, so:

Feral Howl 2/5, Monster Jackcoat +2 (Augmented)

Ran Dynamis-Beaucedine today. Feral Howl never missed. 100% Accuracy, NMs included.

Yeah, I didn't have any trouble w/ it in dyna buburimu either.
just tavnazia and qufim it seems.

Could be an issue with those monsters. For example every time I aggro a Summoner I'll end up dead if I can't sleep the avatar or run far far away except in Qufim. In Qufim I've never taken more than 300 damage from Astral Flow moves.
