tifa would be more for the girls, snow/zell would be more for the guys.

what i found cool is in ffx14, they actually put signature ff victory cs in dungeons. well in totorak when you beat the boss you go into a cs where u and ur party do the race /cheer... would be epic if they did that in ff11 ^^ that one thing I liked about ff games the iconic party victory scenes.

If any, I would ask for Tifa's tank top (with the cup sizes increase) for the girls, just saying.

You're in luck! Galka physically cant bend their arms back behind their heads without their arms popping out of their doll-esque ball and socket attached bodies (Can be seen in Ruinator... here lemme get a pic..)
