Your missing the point entirely - currently single boxers can't collect multiple rares as dual boxers can. If they make a change to balance what I'm suggesting, who cares if dualboxers can store multiple items STILL - they already can.

I guess this point is just beyond some people, or maybe it's just 'ignorance' as you suggest.

You are missing the point. This game SHOULD NOT be about soloing ONLY. You're still thinking you deserve more because you solo. Tough cookies, nobody cares. If you want to get more items bring more people, it has always been this way. This is a PARTY game, not a solo game. If you want to play a solo ONLY game follow these steps.

1: Leave your house
2: Go to a store
3: Buy a console
4: Buy a SINGLE PLAYER game
5: Go home and put it all together.

If you have steps 1-4 completed already go to step 6, uninstall all MMO's.

I solo all the time actually, which is why I think it is stupid to think this. Also he stated earlier he solo's and wants to hold more RARE tagged drops including sky pops. Can't read much?

This is really sad - many people are still confusing soloing with single-boxing. Massive distinction, I don't think this game should ever be a solo-game, that's not what i'm implying.. if I have, please point out the thread and I will adjust/ammend a note so that future readers will better understand.

Moreover, it's sadder that I had really positive and good intentions to benefit the community with this thread - and somehow you guys think this is about me. The reality is, I dlbox already, and I benefit the hell out of Zipacna dropping me two Gem of the North that I often turn into 4 Genbu seals. 99% of sky I solo on my PLD/RDM, and keep a dbox mule (or more) on hand to get the addititional rare drop. I spotted the apparent opprtunity to improve [read: balance] this for single-boxers, and obviously the community just doesn't want this game to improve. That's going to work out great, because SE generally doesn't want it to either based on their recent track record.

Enjoy, you wont see me back in this thread :) On to other more meaningful battles!

He didn't even say all triggers, just some. Do you know that some NMs can actually drop two of them? His idea would change those, and no, contrary to what you think, sky wouldn't suddenly be packed with people forcing you to wait your turn. See luls below:

The logic in his argument, however, is not limited just to the sky drops that he was discussing. "Some" would undoubtedly turn into "more" because after a short while, you'd see similar posts arguing "If xxx pot item isn't rare, why is yyy?!"

His argument is flawed based on the reasoning he's using, and that won't change no matter how poorly or well you two argue semantics.
