It's something that happens when it loads a bunch of character models at once. Conflux 1s are notorious for disappearing because they have a ton of NPCs around them. Similarly, NPCs around conflux 1 will just randomly not show up. I would guess that SE obviously understands this issue, because I've never had a Conflux Surveyor not show up despite it being at Conflux 1.
I might be wrong, but I think maxing out character model option in the game under config will help when trying to load more npc's and pc's at once. I was told to try it out cause I hardly saw anyone when I did beseiged. From what I can recall it did seem to help, but could of been just one of those things.
I experience the same problems. Maw's not appearing, chests in abyssea not there, NPC's not loading. The only way I can fix it is by doing what was previously suggested & that is running out of AoE range & coming back. 99% of the time this works but it is still annoying.
I had thought it was my internet as I am on wireless HighSpeed, & myy latency can be a bit high at times. But it happens even at my mother in-laws and she is fibre optic 25mb/s.
would like to see some kind of fix for this, it is annoying to have and go through this alll the time.
