Azure lore makes all spells able to skillchain/MB while under the affect. However each spell does not receive the other bonus CA and BA give just because AL is up.
Comprehensive, in case any questions still remain (which they shouldn't, it's been covered pretty much 100% in this thread already):
Chain Affinity - Doubles WSC (secondary modifiers) of your spells. 32% STR+VIT essentially becomes 64% STR+VIT on QC. Empyrean hat +1 additionally adds +10D to your spells, while Empyrean hat +2 adds an additional +20D to your spells when cast with Chain Affinity. Chain Affinity will expend all TP that you have accumulated on any physical spell cast and it will go toward the TP modifier on that spell. Using QC again as an example, it would increase the fTP of your spell (Blue Magic has three points, 0 TP, 150 TP, and 300 TP. In between these points are slopes that scale linearly from point to point. Thus, every point of TP matters.) Enchainment merits add 10 additional TP per merit, and Mirage Jubbah +2 adds an additional 5 tp per merit on top of that.
Efflux - Increases your D by x1.5, or 50%. Additionally, it adds a TP bonus of 100TP to your physical spells, 125 for +1 empyrean legs and 150 for +2. Using Efflux does not take your actual TP pool into account, only the TP bonus from Efflux, however using both Chain Affinity and Efflux together will combine both Job Ability's effects and will combine your natural TP, Enchainment TP bonus, and Efflux TP bonus without exceeding 300TP.
Azure Lore - Allows all spells to skillchain and magic burst, but does not impart a WSC bonus to any spells. Certain spells acquire a direct multiplier to their damage when used with Azure Lore, however, and spells cast while under both Chain Affinity and Azure Lore's effect will be calculated as if you had 350TP regardless of your current TP.
