I know this is a Cait sith thread, but once i saw the big-ass moogle at the end of "a koople de'ta" I fell in love with him. He'd be freaking awesome as a summons, maybe with it's own strong treasure hunter and Gil finder traits. His moves are cool and imagine an astral flow where 6little moogles pop out and bash a mob together.
One advantage is that the programming already exist in game, just needs to be "given" over to player control. I might post this as a separate thread?
i personally wouldnt mind cait sith.. s/he is so cute..
and also of a very appropriate size.. and already has FF heritage as a summon..
but other than that, I'd love to see another light-based avatar that can be summoned full-time and not just during Astral Flow.
however, I'm also aware that Cait Sith plays a pretty big role in the current story arc we're currently following (Voidwatch), maybe there will be light at the end of the tunnel for this one.. haha
There is story in voidwatch? I thought it was just something new like FoV or Campaign.
I haven't started doing the Voidwatch content yet (too much other crud left to finish, so I just kicked it off so stones are building), but with the way WotG ends, idk if making Cait Sith an avatar would work too well story wise. Same might go for Atomos I guess...idk. SE has a strange way of integrating things sometimes.
i just keep flashing back to FF dissidia, 1 of the atomos versions looks like the maws in 11... so maybe thats the 1 we might get sometime... but then again who knows, might get a random avatar they draw from a hat (like most ideas they have nowadays >.>)
theres a quest that starts once you've obtained all 3 Voidwatch T4 NM titles in Pashhow [S], which introduces you to 2 alternate reality versions of characters that we know are capable of interdimensional travel. one is a cat, the other is a moogle.
strictly speaking, its only a cutscene tho.. but i suppose it might be a cutscene quest series that kinda explains the storyline of Voidwatch a bit

I wouldn't want Cait Sith as an avatar...bein a kitty, it would prolly come out, be insulting and independant and MIGHT help out, if we have presents for it and it feels like it lol
