I will say this though, not being able to cure outside of party often gets me placed in the tank party. With that, I really have only 2 people I have to focus on, besides myself, for healing: the Tank and the main Healer. So, I have mixed feelings on it. I don't want to suddenly become the default healer or have to heal all the MP sponges outside the party continuously. In some of the tougher fights, just keeping the WHM and Tank alive was a serious drain on MP. On the flip side, there are crisis times when being able to throw an outside cure is advantageous. Just don't want to hear a bunch of whining because I focused on WHM and Tank, plus myself, because I generated so much hate keeping those two alive.
I meant my comment as a more tongue in cheek jab. But in all honesty, I got enough to do on Blu to worry about curing other people.
To me Blu is one of those jobs that really can be anything, but if you start to try and do everything, you end up just being dead weight. To me, while blu CAN cure, there's other jobs that do it a lot better. Blu's other strengths are just better supported over all. THe best comparison (from my narrow minded point of view) "Blu healer" = "Melee Rdm" I.E. Just because you can... doesn't mean you should...
But I still fully support the idea we should be able to cure others, considering we already can... but for some reason just cause they're not in our party they're invisible or something? C'mon...

I vote yes as well.
Dear god yes.
Then I can finally show those f****** PLD's who's really number one in Walk of Echoes.
Why wasn't this done at the same time as DNC's update?
Well maybe 90~95 will give us a Cure V potency spell that can go to alliance?!
And lower diffusion to a 3min timer.
