I know of a few elite taru blms that merit INT, and I knew a guy with rdm war pld that merited mnd or vit as I recall (he loved to tank on all 3 ?!)
Other than that it's 8/8 STR (which I did despite my first 4 75s being smn > blm > thf > brd)

Never said I intended to party with that character, let alone DD in one. It's more for my soloing and dual boxing purposes.
