Norg & Tav are not bad ideas but SE has made a habit of not making expansions or addons require other expansions or addons (other than Abyssea), making this very unlikely.

I think some of the add on scenarios required CoP or RotZ.

Hmm~ maybe your right, in anycase tbh I do wonder how we are getting there because Norg, Tav, or Selbina boat are about the only things that come to mind. :x

Norg too far away from Adoulin.
Like Near east, we ll get selbina for west. Or Sandy, they got 2 quay in port and sandy got relationship with Adoulin.

Tavnazia is relatively easy to get to, so it wouldn't be annoying to go there each time you wanted to cross the ocean.

There's both tavnazian ring and a conveniently placed outpost warp there.
