Suggestion to improve /blockhelp

The new /blockhelp feature is great, but it would be even better if:

a.) The most recently set "/blockhelp" (On/Off) is saved after you logout. Currently you need to type "/blockhelp" every time you login if you wish to keep this on permanently.

and/or

b.) The "Call for Help" button was removed from the battle menu permanently. This would mean the only way to activate calling for help would be to manually type /help (or have placed in a macro).

I'd be happy with either or both. Thanks!
