Bahamut Avatar

Ok i have been playing final fantasy XI for almost 7 years now and have loved and enjoyed every moment of it. But you know, something seems missing to me. Something that im sure every fan of FF and every smn player in the game is missing. Im talking about implementing a form of bahamut for an avatar. I know he is in the COP storyline but here me out on this. Odin was in the TOAU storyline and so was Alexander. I see no reason why Bahamut cant be implemented in the game as an avatar. Even if its just an Astral flow type form, it be great to harness the power of the king of dragons and unleash the popular mega flare ability on your foes. Square Enix, if you guys can read this or hear me out, please find a way to implement bahamut for summoners. It would be soo awesome to have this amazing FF creature at our disposal. Thanks for hearing me out and keep up the amazing job on the game. :)

The DRGs would revolt.

What's more amazing than Odin's death move? I personally, haven't fought Bahamut so dont know his damage output. What's the rate for 3 ifrits astral flow? Let's say 1k AOE x 3 for 3k per mob. That's pretty darn strong for a regular avatar. Would you suggest losing that for a megaflare of 3k or so?
I could get behind a Bahamut astral flow if it did these 3 things. First, fire damage(durrr!). Second, severe fire resistance down. Thirdly, modest~strong helix effect if mobs survived.

But, in order for Bahamut to use this, his mob model would also have access to it. Don't know if I wanna give regular Bahamut this more power.

DRGs might be upset unless a related ability changed all pet wyvern's into something bigger and more powerful. It would create a new SMN/DRG alliance.

I see no reason DRGs should be Upset at all, unless they were just bored and looking for excuses to whine about something >_>. Bahamut, while the Wyrm King, Is clearly an Avatar. Its in the lore of the FFXI and in past FF he is an Avatar/Summon/Aeon/w/e they were called in those games. He has never been related to the DRG job.

That being said, He was not given to us at 75 because they didnt want to weaken his "power". But with a 99 cap, and the ability to limit him to 2hour, It wouldn't weak him as much as it would have at 75. Either way, while it is more of a pipe-dream, I wish they'd release avatars we could use more than once per 2hours. Alexander and Odin are fun, But i'd like a pet with more than 1 Bloodpact :X

But if we did get him as 2hour only, I wouldn't mind if it was something like ~3-4k DMG plus a Strong Burn/Mdef down effect for a short duration (~2minutes?). Maybe we'd get him in 8 years when they finally reduce his size enough. (weren't Alex/odin held over for like, a few years because they were adjusting their sizes lol?)

Why can't we DRG whine about something? A lot of people are making their jobs voices' heard. Of course, I am very much in favor of the phrase "The quacking duck gets shot" instead of "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" in this instance.

I'm upset that Voidwatch says "Wyvern Blood Pact". Blood Pacts are ours! Go away DRGs!
