Abyssea VNM spawn glitch

I dont know how it came about but i was tryin to pop Tier 2 VNM in abyssea Vunkerl and i got the message that i poped it but nothing appeared, as i was fighting i noticed it had yet to spawn and the allotted window was over. I then noticed randomly my shadows from utsusemi were disappearing. Then i took dmg that never showed in the text log. Then i was unable to select and use martello each time i got the interuption message as if i was being attked and tried to use them. I then deduced that it musta glitched and i actually poped the monster and its been following me the whole time, able to attack me, but invisble to me and untargetable. i managed to fix the situation with a long distance flee and conflux port, then tryed to respawn the nm and it worked.
