Haven't figured these out just yet.
Did Sam roll 11. No Zanshin effect, but I think it granted a little bit of TP bonus. Still need to run more tests. -

It hasn't been implemented quite yet. As for what they're going to do with it, that's anybody's guess right now seeing as how they haven't really tipped their hand, though a while ago they did a post on the phantom roll thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/th...Ability/page10
That suggests that when it is implemented, there will be a bonus to both the COR and his party members upon rolling an XI, and there miiiiiiiiiight someday be an item coming out which will allow a COR to keep 3 rolls up, but no specifics. -
