One of the most common complaints from pullers in Abyssea exp parties I've seen is they are outside of the range for experience from the kills. Since they get no exp from the monsters they pull, there is no incentive for them to pull, or at least for them to bring another monster while the current one is still alive. Increasing the range that you may receive experience points from a monster while in Abyssea would be a pleasant addition.
I honestly haven't heard of this in Abyssea; most of the mobs are close enough to camp for everyone to gain exp. This was the main point of the huge clusters of a single mob type in certain areas. You wont have to get out of exp range unless you intend to break the exp chain (or if cruor farming, which title of thread doesn't suggest). Not like that terrifying run past those holes in Garliage just to get a stupid beetle. I've had 1 or 2 pullers fall in and disappear, never to return...
