Before emp ws

I am thinking of taking ranger to 90 . Would Arching be better then Sidewinder now in abyessa due to crits?

Is ranger fine now without emp ws or is it pretty much a must now.

Currently as it all works out, Arching arrow at times can be better if it criticals, but for consistency Sidewinder or R.Arrow tends to be stronger. I've only been on rng once since update and if you can't force or up the crit rate of your attacks then you're better off sticking with the usual choices.
