the headstone in behemoths dominion tells me "don't you have something better to do?" which is what it is supposed to do if the NMs are already popped but I have searched all over the zone with no other party or NMs, any guesses what may be wrong?

'Fraid I can't give you a link but you're not the first person I've seen reporting this problem (can't recall if I saw it here or on Alla, the only other XI forum I inhabit these days). Maybe try searching on here for it?
found em thanks, seems I am not alone in this issue, quite a few others have the same issue so I guess we will be seeing another update to fix the update soon lol
