Unable to reserve necessary memory

I have 2.86 out of 4GB RAM free I have a 512MB DDR 3 video card.

time is 6:03 central standard time.

I know this isn't formatted correctly but I'm just throwing this information down so I can put it in the correct format cause right now I"m supposed to be in Abyssea leveling, not filling this stuff out.

Maybe it's not even a bug and someone will correct me and just close this telling me how to prevent this in the future.

Also it never happens when I have video playing in the background or something, only happens when I am focused on the game and not doing anything extra.
