I've completed all of my Warrior's AF1, save for the body piece. The goblins in Behemoth's Dominion will not spawn. I've verified that I have the quest flagged and all NPC's have been spoken with. When checking the ??? in Behemoth's Dominion I receive the message "It is too blurry to read".
The Talekeeper's Gift - Goblin NMs will not spawn.

Behemoth's Dominion is also having an issue with the NMs not spawning for Zilart Mission 5 from the cermet headstone. Perhaps the whole zone was hosed after the update.
