Good Server for NEW Players

I played a little bit of FFXI a long time ago and forgot my login so I made a new account and was wandering what a good server is for a new player to start out on. The reason I ask this is because of coarse this game has been out for a long time and I figure there wouldn't be that many lower lv players on most servers. Thanks for the replies in advance ;)
