Aptant's Missing

I have found that since i have come back to FFXI after a quick bout with FFXIV that the aptant bearing NM's no longer drop aptant's i have kill Sabotender Corrido 25+ times since i came back and have not gotten 1 single aptant and before i left i killed him 25 times and gotten 5 of 1 and 6 of the other i have tryed reporting it to a gm in game only to get the bs auto message about reporting it here so here i am... FIX IT! i would like to make some more gear as i find them nice to have for certian times i have even killed this NM a few time with my thief with TH6~7 on it when it died and all i got was a crystal. also i have killed other NM's for these aptant's such as the Kraken and Chigo and got nothing from them as well.
