Steps:
1.summon 4 trusts
2.kill some monsters
3.attempt to summon a 5th trust fails with “You are unable to use trust magic at this time”
4.dismissing 1 trust does not resolve the issue
5.dismissing all trusts did resolve the issue and allowed summoning all 5 trusts
Note: unfortunately the instance ended before I could test the issue a second time
