1. Obtain Key Item to enter ENM (Zephyr Fan)
2. Go to HP#2 in Uleguerand Range
3. Enter Bearclaw Pinnacle
4. Interact with Wind Pillar
5. Observe "A fierce column of wind blocks your path. You cannot proceed any further..."
6. Tested all other ENMs in Bearclaw Pinnacle (Brothers, Holy Cow, and When Hell Freezes Over) and observe all of them allow entry into those ENMs. It's only this ENM which gives the message and does not allow entry.
