Request for VD->Extremely Difficult HTBF and ILVL160 Dynamis-Divergence

Hi SE,
Just a humble request for:

1.) High Tier mission battlefields to get a special increase from Very Difficult to Extremely Difficult?
2.) Incursion let's us choose Item Level 123-140 when entering. Can we have a similiar mechanic for Dynamis Divergence (maybe 150-160?)
3.) More beastmaster jug pets and Pet Diffusion abilities.
