Macro error "contains invalid data and has been reset"

Beginning two days ago, during game play when using a macro or logging in or changing areas the error message "Macro Book [number] set [number] contains invalid data and has been reset" appears in red in chat text and all entries in that macro-Book and set are deleted. If the macro is recreated and activated, the same error message and deletion occurs. If the macro is created in a previously unused Book the same error message appears and that macro is deleted.

Unless there was an update 2 days ago (which would have been a Sunday), the problem is on your end. Regardless, you need to follow the bug reporting format found in this forum section's sticky thread or the thread will be ignored.


I would highly reccomend doing file checks on the game and also running CHKDSK on the drive that contains the volume the game is installed on.
