Voidwalker NM system

Hi,

I'm posting this thread to suggest a change in the Voidwalker NM system.

Currently the tier 4 NM Yilbegan pops apparently on a very rare, almost impossible, occasion. I would like to hasten the possibility of an update to have the HQ version of the NM (with shadow on) pop much more often than it currently does.

I would really like to complete the content by obtaining its title rather than the item it drops, so let me know what I can do to sign down my vote towards this change.
