Unable to re-enter Provenance Watcher or Provenance Radiance Fights

Steps:
1) Neitzsche and Tupadre have finished quest line and previously defeated Watcher. Varrout and Manhoso are actively on the "Crystal Guardian" quest.
2) Did not use phase displacers; timed out on first attempt after a couple deaths inside.
3) Re-acquired all 3 KIs from NPC in town on each character. Re-stocked on Kupofied's Corundums on each character.
4) When attempting to re-enter, get message stating "You are cleared to enter the battlefield, but you cannot while party members are engaged in combat"
5) Shutdown, restarted. Same message, whether in party or solo on all four characters.
6) When attempting to enter Radiance fights, get message stating "The crystal casts an eldritch glow that dimly flickers..." with no further action.
7) Checked every targetable item in zone on each character; all have voidstones and Kupofried's Corundums to spare.
8) Unable to proceed with questline on both characters that need it. Unsure how to resolve, GM instructed me to submit bug report here.
