Issue is resolved, besieged just happened unannounced a few minutes ago

It resolved itself after the besieged happened, seems the maintenance stopped the clock on the actual besieged itself but not on the notifications and region info display, it was at lvl8 before maintenance so it would normally be attacking around the end of maintenance time.
