3. The item help text and name when in your inventory is also "."
4. Upon synthesis, the item help text and name of the Feline Hagoita +1 is also "."

It started after most recent update.

What's the fix when it was already +1'd and now is blanked/ corrupted?

Each item is simply a row in a database in the game files, listed by identifying number. The numbers for both HQ/NQ still exist and all functions associated, ie storage slip, synergy, equip, still work fine. It's literally just the entry for those two lines in the item database that have been blanked - presumably because they restored the previous db where the Annihilator had accidentally been blanked without remembering that they'd added two new items.

The fix is just to type the data back into the database on those two lines.
