Error 4006

I have not had this error but I'm reading people are having it, what does it mean?

Could it be some kind of bug after the server capacity changes?

A bump for this to find out what the issue is. What did you mess up with the capacity change. This error is new, tell us what you screwed up.

Best posting about this in the technical support section. More likely to grab technical support attention than this sub forum category.

Why would they start a thread about an issue someone else is having for them, when they may or may not be having it themselves?

It sounds like this is only happening on Asura.

When is the error triggered in general?

At log-in time, or while already in?

I've not seen this happening on any of the four servers I often visit. Asura is one of them, but I usually don't spend much time over there.
