Options for items with Rank Points

I would like to suggest changes to RP items, specifically JSE necks and SU5 weapons.

In order of preference:

1) Being able to transfer the RP from a lower neck to a higher neck, at the cost of consuming the lower neck. IE if you have a neck+1 with RP, you would trade the neck+1 and a neck +2 to a npc, the npc would then take neck +1 and transfer all the RP to the neck +2 and hand you back only the neck +2.

2)Letting augmented RP items be sent to chars on same account.

3)A npc that strips the RP(no refund). IE trade npc jse neck that has RP and the RP is stripped and the jse neck is returned to you, unaugmented.
