Making Nomad Mog Bonanza Weapons POL sendable?

Hi there, I was wondering if you would consider making the rank 1 mog bonanza weapons sendable between characters on the same account?

I completely understand why things like REMA weapons are not this way, but a rank 1 prize is such a rarity to begin with, being able to access it on a character on the same account would hardly be game breaking.

Unlike previous Bonanzas, The Nomad mog bonanza doesn't really offer much alternative for rank 1 winners if they won on their secondary character, whereas rank 2 and 3 have many more options for a usable prize. I'm sure other lucky winners would appreciate being able to choose a weapon that would best suit their primary character.
