Opo-Opo family on Wide Scan but not visible or targetable

Steps:
While attempting to learn Blue Magic from Opo-opo family, went to five different areas where Opo-opo family is suppose to pop.

In each area, Opo-Opo family members appear in MAIN MENU --> MAP --> WIDE SCAN. However, no Opo-opo family members were visible, and thus unable to target them.

Attempted to get Opo-opo family members aggro using Area of Effect spells on a nearby visible target (Spells such as Blastbomb, Frypan, Filamented Hold, Frightful Roar, Sandspin) but could not get Opo-opo family members to attack my character.

No Macro commands used. No error messages appeared.


Logged out and did a FFXI file check and no errors were noted.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MARCH 1 2021

I have logged into Ifrit Cauldron with the same character but different main job (WAR) and also logged into Ifrit Cauldron with a different character (Crystalala THF/RDM) and have seen no change. Opo-opo's were visible in Wide Scan but are not visible or targetable.

Same issue with Stone Golem in Beaucedine Glacier. Now there are two Blue Mage spells I cannot learn. Hello, Support Team, anyone there, please???
