Covers both implementation of the grand prize(s) and disbursement of rewards. Which probably have already been disbursed according to the post. It doesn't look like you had an entry (I could be mistaken, since there are japanese names in there it doesn't seem to be forum or character names being listed there), so I'm curious why it matters to you.
They haven't been sent out, which is why I'm asking how long it will take to give the runner up prizes to us.

We looked into this and the item distribution system is currently experiencing some issues.
As soon as the issue is resolved we'll begin distributing the items, so we ask you to wait just a bit longer.
