When somebody screws up and reuses the same name for an item nm etc that already existed, it'd be nice if the dev team would at least change the name on the new one not the old one or maybe consider which makes more sense. I now have an icicle sword greatsword because somebody designed a 1 handed sword named ice brand. Would've made more sense for the one handed sword to have that name (because greatswords are bigger). Multiple names were used twice as of this November 10th update (even though patch notes only mention the Demon's Axe).
This also isn't the 1st time this has happened. I get that there are a lot of things now with the game going on 20 years, but I would think there would be some way to search a name before using it to see if something already does..
