Given the aftermath effects on Mythic and Empyrean weapons give such obscene multi-hit capabilities--I think that all Relic weapons should have the hidden 'chance to do X times damage' effects unlocked so that they may proc on any hit, including double attack, triple attack, etc.
It's sad to see that the original ultimate weapons, the ones that literally took years to obtain, are so rarely used in todays game.
