Unstable Displacement in Riverne Site #A01 will not accept Giant Scale trade to enter

Steps:

While helping 2 adventurers on COP 2-5, we farmed Giant Scales to trade to the Unstable Displacement, allowing us access to Monarch Linn for a required battle to continue the COP, also alowwing to continue the ROE mission lines.
All three characters were in a party, all three tried to trade a Giant Scale, none were successful. We each logged out and in, then tried to trade solo with the same result.

We are stuck and can not continue either quest line until this is fixed. Please help.

You probably want the Displacement at around (G-10). :]
