Crafting Bug - Guaranteed HQ's

After weeks of reporting this to the STF, SE support email, and GM's in game to try to get this resolved, I am posting it here.

There are multiple ways to determine a synthesis result and interrupt the synthesis without losing any materials. By doing this you are essentially guaranteeing HQ synthesis results.

SE Officials, you can find the details in your ticket system "[t13127319:1152] In Game Exploit Report" or by checking the STF comment / suggestion box for all regions. You should see about 10 submissions a day for the past week.
