Lanun Knife: Path C breaks the function of 11s

Steps:
1. Have "Lanun Knife", Path C, Rank 20/20 equipped in main hand.
2. Use Phantom Roll > Double-Up to hit an 11.
3. Use Phantom Roll > Double-Up to go over 11 and bust.
4a. Gain a Bust debuff even though having an active 11 roll should prevent it from occuring.
4b. Incur full Phantom Roll recast timer even though having an active 11 roll should have a reduced recast.

This behavior is consistent and occurs regardless of zone or combat status. Happens while actively in combat, when party is engaged but COR is not, when fully idle and out of combat, when in dungeons, when in outside zones, and when in town.

Strangely enough, if I also equip a Barataria Ring, the above bug does not occur at all and 11 rolls function normally. Don't have Regal Necklace to verify behavior with that unfortunately. Request testing/verification of augmented "Comm. Knife" with Path C augment, in case this bug affects the NQ version as well.
