Issues with San d'Oria mission 2-3 in Bastok

Hello,

I just reached out to a GM and they asked me to come here. I'm doing San d'Oria mission 2-3 and I have gotten the required Onz of Mythril Sand to give to the lady in the embassy. I have been trying to trade it to her for 20 minutes. My character Griffca has currently logged off in front of her and the Sand is in my inventory if you want to verify it. Please do what you can to address this issue. I don't want to skip the mission, I really want to kill the Dark Dragon over in Windurst.

Steps: Went to trade the Onz of Mythrial Ore to Savare and the quest does not trigger the next phase.

This is important, your steps do not give the proper information. Please confirm you have done all of the following;

1) speak with Savae E Paleade
2) speak with Pius
3) speak to Grohm. (short cutscene and obtain pickaxes, from him)
4) obtain an Onz of Mythril Sand.
5) trade the sand to Savae E Paleade. You can now head to Windurst.

None of this is optional, you MUST do each step, have you? If you have, include it in your steps process.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I have a had a crazy last two days at work so I don't remember. I don't think I talked to Pius. I'll log in right now and double check. Thank you very much for your patience.

Ok so that was weird. I did everything on that list except talk to Pius.

So I talked to Pius who told me to speak to Grohm. I then got a repeat of a cut scene I've seen before and got another 3 pickaxes so now the quest has given me 6. I was able to speak to Lion...again then finally able to trade in the Onz for the quest ending.
