Tarutaru Sash wth +1 TH?

never seen anyone with it in our server even though wiki says u can get one is it a myth?

It does exist, Just need a lot of amber and some luck.

Thieves cannot wear Tarutaru Sash anyways.

Can attest to seeing it personally, though I lost the lot. But can't be equipped THF anyway, so I'm not too worried.
