If they were to offer a model change, thats only 1 step away from a race change. Make a mule and play around on it for a while.
well theres so many expansions ive beat and the long quests and ive played on the account for over 10 years
or add more hair styles, and more face types, taru's have only 4 faces with different hair colors
The devs have already said they can't do this. It's covered under the same statements about race changes not being possible.
