can not log to my account of ffxi :(

16 year later is still a pain logging to my account
and now is worst no more online support :(

still can not log have very poor support yesterday , ask me to change my password , so i change everything have np to log on the web site but the game reject everything , and the dump support the time is asking to change my password he leave Oo , i change everything and after still not working and support gone waste a most 2 hour ,

i dont see my old post on the forum ????? i guess square-enix lost some date of something ?

So in other words, you were entering the wrong password?

It's the confusing and semi-unique requirement of having two separate passwords/logins for one game. ^^;; Glad I could help.
