This is the only item I've encountered that gave the same GP for both NQ/HQ items (that did not hit the cap with a single NQ trade.)

Verified: Same exact results for mine too.

Just FYI, NQ used to be only 7200 guild points.

Actually, NQ was most likely 7700, but at the time, the daily cap itself was 7200. There are a few other GP items that used to cap with a single trade in and I have a feeling that they just missed this one when adjusting values when they tripled the daily caps.
