Quest Rune Fencing the Night Away didn't activate even though receive the trial blade

Steps:

GM Skunwiss invited me to post again on the forum to resolve the case.

1. I unlocked Rune Fencer and did all the quest needed for it, including AF,Relic Empy
2. I got the Trial Weapon (Trial Blade) from Gaddiux in Western Adoulin J-10 to unlock the weapon skill Dimidiation and the quest Rune Fencing The night Away didn't appear in the quest log.
3. I spamed light skillchains to hit the 300WS points needed to unlock the weapon skill but i still can't see Dimidiation in my WS list.
4. The quest "Rune Fencing the Night Away" never appears in the quest log
5. When I talk to Gaddiux or trade him the Trial Blade, nothing happens
