Refractive Crystals and JSE capes.

JSE capes from Adoulin reives are a bit ridiculous to max out on the stats we want from them. Some of them have maybe a chance over 2000 or 3000 to get all maxed stats from refractive crystals.
We need a better way to improve them.
I think the random stats obtained should be kept but an other new option should be added;
To use a refractive crystal for a +1 on one of the stats.
This way, only a few stacks would be enough to fully upgrade these capes.
Or it could also be upgraded a bit like with the airlixirs, needing certain amount of points from the refractive crystals to max one out.
I think this is necessary since we have Ambuscade JSE capes that offers a very good alternative, for the most part they make the Adoulin reives JSE capes simply outdated.
Considering we have multiple jobs, we would need tons of refractive crystals stacks to max all our JSE capes.

Of the builds that are still relevant a lot of the stats on them aren't needed at the same time (or needed at all lol) so in order to greatly reduce the number of attempts it's a lot easier to make multiple capes
