Chains of Promethia - Mission progress resetting/not progressing

Steps:
Complete the first path of CoP Mission 5-3 (Louverance's Path), began second path (Tenzen's Path), got dialogue from Cid that pointed to ??? at (G-6) in La Theine Plateau. Upon arrival, additional dialogue was not obtained. Returned to Cid, and he gave path choices again (reset), picked the same path, went back to the ??? and still no dialogue. Returning to Cid again, path selection was back. Chose Ulmia's Path this time. All cutscenes and fights worked until the Snoll fight in Bearclaw pinnacle. Dialogue was not triggered at the wind pillar in Bearclaw pinnacle. Returned to Cid and the path selection dialogue was offered again. Now no NPC on either path will offer quest dialogue.
Concurrently doing Rhapsody mission and currently on 2-3, but zoning into Port Jueno produced a warning stating that cutscene was unavailable due to current progression in CoP. This was when I tired the CoP missions to further the progress and was met with the error. Cannot progress in CoP or Rhapsody now due to this glitch

be aware that the options that cid gives doesn't determine the path you'll take, you can chose one option and do a different path. he'll offer this option again and again and it doesn't matter how far your into it, he'll continue to do so

the ??? at la theine needs to be checked multiple times, due to the multiple CSs (Even if it doesn't show for you) the game doesn't always prioritise the mission your on. make sure to click the ??? at carbuncles circle atleast 10 times

The bearclaw pinicle fight is only accessable from 1 battlefield entrance only, there are multiple entrances in ullegrand range that leads to bearclaw pinicle but only one will give you access to the mission fight HP #2 or go to J-9 And fall down the hole and head to HP#2 then a little further in to the battlefield at that location.

There is no order to do 3 paths, you can even do part of one and work on the next path and before finishing that one start working on the last one, there is no order and cid will continue to offer the options of which path but it has no effect on any path

Ok, resolved the issues. Wrong Bearclaw entrance, and only guess is we already got the carby cutscene before we quit playing 5 years ago... touched it 20+ times, said screw it and went to Pso.Xja and story progressed there... Please delete this bug report.
