FFXI Sylvie fatal unaceptabel bug

Dear Square Enix Support team,

First of all i wish you a happey new Yeahr, even it is a bid late for it.
I'd like to report some strange bug concerning the Truslist.

I changed my Unity today back, finaly geting back the nice Trust Sylvie, but she was not to be found in my Trustlist. I realyze this starnge unaceptabel bug not since just jesterday. Please remove this nasty bug, so that i finaly can call sylvie egain from my trustlist.

You need to do Unity/RoE quests to get that Trust back - It's not a bug.
