Lost Scolopendra spawned by trading the Nightmare shell to the ??? at H-8 in Dynamis Qufim is no longer dropping the 11th page of Fiendish Tome II: (11) at a 100% rate anymore.
I don't have a copy of the 11th page in my inventory, and have verified this using /itemsearch. However, I do have the 10th, the 12th, and the 13th pages in my inventory. Currently I'm 0/4 in my most recent Dynamis run to acquire the missing page so I can spawn Arch Antaeus.
