Incorrect follow-up update details?

In this post it states the follows:

"The December 2016 Login Campaign was scheduled to begin on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 7:00 a.m. (PST) / 3:00 p.m. (GMT) but due to technical difficulties on PlayOnline, it has been rescheduled to begin on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00 a.m. (PST) / 3:00 p.m. (GMT)"

Yet, On the website link it states a different time:

"Previous schedule: Dec. 12, 2016 from 4:30 to 7:00 (GMT) Current schedule: Dec. 13, 2016 from 4:30 to 7:00 (GMT)"

When will the update be taking place please?
